INFORMATION ON LICENSING
------------------------
To use Traveling Workplace beyond the initial evaluation
period it is necessary to purchase a
license. You may obtain a license for use of the product on one
computers by contacting Syntegration at the
address given above. You can obtain a SITE LICENSE for use of
the product on more than one computer. Site License fees are
based on the total number of computers that will use the
software package. Please call to negotiate SITE LICENSES.
THE SITE LICENSE or ENTERPRISE EDITION INCLUDES ONE COPY OF THE
SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION. The Site License allows you to copy
it for the number of machines licensed. All licenses are prepaid.
All fees are quoted in US funds.
INSTALLING TRAVELING WORKPLACE
------------------------------
1. Run the install program TWINST.EXE
2. Select the source and install directories then press "Install."
3. Exit after the files are copied to the install directory.
4. Reboot your computer to let the changes made in your CONFIG.SYS
take effect.
5. You can now begin to use the product. All icons are created
in the Traveling Workplace folder.
REMOVING TRAVELING WORKPLACE
----------------------------
1. Delete the Traveling Workplace folder and all related icons.
2. Run the install program from a command prompt with the /REMOVE
option. Eg.
TWINST /REMOVE
3. The progress log will show that the Object Manager was deregistered.
4. Exit from the install program.
5. Open your CONFIG.SYS file with the system editor.
6. Remove all references to the Traveling Workplace install directory.
These references are in LIBPATH, SET PATH, and SET HELP lines,
7. Reboot your computer to unprotect the Object Manager DLL.
8. delete the install directory.
NOTES
------
1) The latest documentation should be contained in the TRAVELWP.INF file.
You can access this information by invoking the VIEW.EXE utility.
